Native American Culture

Explore the Native American cultures of the past and present. There are hundreds of them. Narrow your interest to one group in a specific time and place. Write a short paper on an aspect of that culture that you find particularly interesting and share it with the class. For added interest, use PowerPoint slides or some type of illustration.

Myth and the Bible

As Charles did in Section 1, compare/contrast a Native American myth with a corresponding or correlating Bible reference. Instead of writing, use story boards or some other creative form to show the similarities and differences.

Ceremonial Clothing

Make your own version of the ceremonial clothing prepared by Charles in Section 3. Decorate in your own manner, keeping in mind that most Native American decorations are symbols. Be prepared to discuss what your decorations represent.
