Object Descriptions

This section provides a short description of all the major objects in the book. Objects

Russian River - This is a place in California where Dave and his family vacation when Dave is a child.

School - This is Dave's refuge away from his mother, and the only place where he can find food when his mother refuses to feed him.

Grocery Store - For a short time, Dave leaves school during lunch recess to steal food from this place.

Lunch Bags - These belong to other children and Dave often steals food from them.

Frozen Food Trays - Dave steals these from the school cafeteria...
