In the late 1700's, the Industrial Revolution began. The Industrial Revolution had a wide range of positive and negative effects on the social and economic lives of the people of England. Not only factory workers have interpreted these results, but also, also by the factory owners, government and others who witnessed the conditions in industrial cities at the time.
