In Chapter 10, what did a man say about seeing Murph?

As Sterling, Bartle, and the other men searched for Murph, a man emerged from a doorway with his hands held high. Through an interpreter he told the men that he was shopping in the market, when a foreign boy was seen walking naked through the streets.
