What does Mark dream about in Chapter 62? What does he discover when he awakens?

Mark dreams about Trina being in his arms during a thunderstorm. They snuggle up, and Trina is amazed they are still alive. They are in search of settlements, rumors of which swirl about the area. Mark wakes up in the middle of the night, and sees Alec is not doing well. Alec tells Mark he is sick, and he doesn’t want to die for nothing.
