Collective responsibility is something almost everyone in the world has experienced at one point or another in their lives. When people are faced with collective responsibility, it is hard to face. Collective responsibility is when a person is singled out for doing something wrong or bad. Some people can stand up for other people by using collective responsibility. In the stories "Hangman," "The Milgram Experiment," and "The Murder They Heard," people are faced with hard decisions about collective responsibility. People can relate to stories at one time or another containing hard decisions. Making these decisions are based on three things: standing up for others, facing the consequences, and accepting the responsibility.
