Liberty under Law

Summary: The Supreme Court is the highest court in the United States. Once it makes a decision, it can only be changed by another Supreme Court decision or by amending the Constitution. This is an important power that can affect the lives of a lot of people.
I think all the branches of the government are important. Let me tell you why? My reason for saying this is, because each branch of government has its own job which is important to our society. The legislative branch of government proposes bills and passes them into laws. This basically means creating the law. The judicial branch of government is made up of the national courts; interprets laws, punishes criminals, and settles disputes between states. This basically means interpreting the law. Last branch of government is the executive which includes the president and the administrative departments who enforce the nation's laws. This basically means enforcing the law. This is why I think all of the branches of the government are important.
