In today's modern society, we are always in constant contact with the media, the collective term which refers to our entertainment forms, namely the pop culture, reading material and movies. This media forms a significant part of our lives in the 21st century. It has made many things possible now, such as "god-speed" news reports. The media also provides up-to-date movies and music for us to enjoy. Some may say that the media is a blessing, but I think that today's media shows too much violence, and this negative influence has corrupted the minds of many youngsters.

It is undeniable that the things we read, watch, and listen to everyday are filled with violence. Flipping through local newspapers, we can see countless reports of murders and killings.
