Was the War in Iraq a Just War?

Summary: Description of the War in Iraq and whether it was just or not.
The War in Iraq and whether or not it truly has been a just war has been a very popular issue nationally and internationally ever since the war began in March of 2003. The War in Iraq began after the 48-hour deadline set by President George W. Bush expired, demanding that Saddam Hussein and his two sons Uday and Qusay were to flee the country of Iraq. Before that, however, the George W. Bush Administration declared a War on Terrorism after the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack. The Bush Administration felt as if Saddam and his two sons were potential terrorists and that possible militaristic action may be taken. That possibility increased when Iraq refused to let the weapon inspectors test for weapons of mass destruction. This directly led to a United States preparation for an Invasion of Iraq. Once Bush's deadline expired, forces of US and British troops invaded Iraq...
