There are times when a book really focuses on a topic and although the author of Bless me Ultima, Rudolfo Anaya does not make it the main topic of the book, his representation of Justice and revenge really puts thought into the mind. In the book justice and revenge is carried out almost par in par. The book is set in a mood where revenge is the natural justice. There is no distinguishing between justice and revenge by the common people, though the author clearly sees a problem when with the school of thought, from the old days.
