In all societies, if a law could not be enforced, it is not a law at all. To be successful in enforcing a law, it would have to be obeyed by most of the population. If we have little regard for others and do as we please, our society would end up in chaos, in another word it would result in anarchy. Anarchy is a state of lawlessness and disorder usually resulting from a failure of government.
However, people accept the restrictions that the government imposes because of the ordered life that it provides for all of us. We need laws to ensure a safe and peaceful society in which individuals' rights are respected. By agreeing to these limitations it illustrates to us that the society...
