Insomnia

Summary: Insomnia, in which one suffers from chronic sleeplessness, impedes a person's ability to restore his or her energy. Factors that cause insomnia include stress, illness, environmental factors, stimuli such as caffeine and alcohol, and changes in one's sleeping schedule. Not only does insomnia cause sleepiness, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating, but it can also lead to other sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or restless legs syndrome.

Most of the people can't sleep for several reasons and that leads to the sleeping disorder called insomnia. Insomnia is an inability to sleep or chronic sleeplessness. Insomnia doesn't recover the energy because people usually receive it by sleeping. This sleeping disorder can give a big damage to people's health that it's tougher than smoking. According to One Westbrook Corporate Center, over seventy million of Americans suffered from Insomnia. Many think that Insomnia is a good way to stay up and do things such as watching the T.V. and playing video games. Insomnia is not a good habit because it won't let people sleep, it can give negative effects during the daytime and it can lead to other kinds of sleeping disorders.
