How Successful Was the Nazi Party in Strengthen Its Support from 1929-1933
Summary: The Nazi Party was successful in gaining power through the mistakes of parties and government officials that allowed the party to increase seats in the Reichtach and eventually made Hitler chancellor. The party also rose to power through the effective use of propaganda, backing of rich supports and playing on Germans fears of economic inferiority.
The Nazi Party was fairly successful in strengthening its support during those time. The Nazi's support was not solely base on its efforts. The opposition parties and government official mistakes gave the nazi party the opportunity for the support of the Nazi to grow. The Nazi made use of these opportunities to carryout numerous measures that resulted in an increase of seats in the Reichtach and eventually made Hitler chancellor.
Germany was dependent on America's loans. The American Wall Street clash made the Germany poverty stricken. There was much unemployment and taxes were high. The Weimer government was unable to fix this problem. The Nazi took this opportunity to steal the support from the people by appearing caring and concern. They appealed to the poor by opening soup kitchens and places to stay for the homeless.
