Technological Changes in Canada

Summary: Between 1896 and 1914 Canada experienced important changes in its economy, technology, and social life. Chief among the technological advances during this period were the railway, the automobile, the radio, and the telephone. All of these advances made it easier for Canada to establish more lucrative trading connections and business deals with other countries and thus become a more prosperous nation.
Technological changes in Canada

Between the year 1896 and year 1914 Canada experienced some major changes in its economy, technology, and social life. For now I will talk about some of the technological changes that went on between those years.

I will start in the year of 1905 which is the year in which a lot of the developments happened. 1905 the year when Canada joined the confederation and not yet knew they have opened a whole new world of opportunity for themselves. When the gold rush came to Canada the newly built railway came in handy for the tourists and the miners that got the transportation but most importantly Canada profited from the money that the railway had made therefore making the country prosper. How ever when the owners of the CPR noticed that more and more people are coming to Canada in search for gold or just in the promise...
