CPR Saves Lives!

Summary: Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is only 30 percent effective when its done right, which makes it all the more important for people to be trained, the AED is brought in to jump start the heart. The AED is similar to a tool people see Paramedics use. It does the same thing only its automatic.
In the United States some if not half of the deaths are preventable deaths, these include: Drug overdoses, suicides and Cardiac Arrests (or more commonly known as massive heart attacks). These "heart attacks" are deadly and can occur with little or no warning. This is why everyone should be mandated through some kind of program to be CPR Trained.

A CPR program in schools and workplaces is very beneficial. I say this because studies have shown that Early CPR and early AED (Automatic External Defibulator) access in most cases will save the life of a person who has gone into cardiac arrest.

The saying goes for every minute the person goes without a heart beat or oxygen is not getting to the brain 10 percent of that persons chances of survival have been taken away so for example after 5 minutes that person has less then a 50 percent chance of...
