Introduction

Dont you wish to get a good night's sleep every night? And wake up each

morning like brand new, fresh, happy and awake, befor a long day at work, school

or even at home. Think about it how often do you hear people mention or see how

tiered they are and how much they want to sleep. At least once or twice a day.

What most do not understand is how important sleep actually is and how much it

affects their day to day lives. It affects almost all factors important to an individual

factor such as beauty, physical apperance, health, intelegence and performance.

What people do not think about or just do not notice, is that sleep can change lives to

the better or the worse. Sleep and how much you get of it is very important to every

individual, especialy those attending schools, colleges, universities...
