It is a program that utilises a range of techniques that are used to manipulate truth in many ways, whether in using the media or just simply in the office of Frontline itself. Frontline exposes with mockery and humour the essential corruption of journalistic integrity that is at the centre of commercial current affairs television. Exaggerated caricatures of ego-driven, hypocritical, inhumane, selfish, ratings driven people in a group situation create the stories that will appeal to their audiences. The concept of `telling the truth' is presented in numerous by many current affair shows including Frontline.
