In Sheringham, humans have intervened quite a lot. They have built a sea wall and groynes that run down the beach. Although the sea walls and the groynes look unnatural, they have done a very good job in protecting the town and the beach as the houses, buildings and shops have been saved. There is easy access to the beach, although it may be hard for disabled people in wheelchairs due to the pebbles that you have to cross in order to get to the shore.

Overstrand is a beach that I visited that humans hadn't intervened so much - only groynes and a sea wall had been built. Again the groynes and the sea wall look unnatural and are an eyesore, but they have done a good job in protecting the property nearby, although the cliff...
