"The Truman Show" and "EdTV"

Summary: A comparison of the movies "The Truman Show" and "EdTV," both of which feature protagonists whose own lives are displayed on television for the world to see. The protagonists of both movies undergo many conflicts ranging from the lack of privacy to losing the loves of their lives, but using courage and intelligence, they find solutions to their problems.
The creators of Ed TV and The Truman Show express the feeling of losing privacy, love overcoming money, and discovering the lessons of life through the protagonists, the media moguls, and the encompassing world. The protagonist of Ed TV is a man named Ed. He is an unsuccessful and single man who is looking for a way to make money, and when the deal of being a star and making money comes to him by media executives, he takes it. The protagonist of The Truman Show is a man named Truman. Truman is a successful and a married man who dreams of going to Fiji Islands to find his long lost love. The protagonists of both movies are put through a lot of conflicts, like losing privacy to losing their love of their life, but with courage and intelligence they get out of their problems and find solutions...
