Summary: The advantages and disadvantages of different guitars, classified as American and non-American as well as by brand.
If you went out to buy a car they're many different things that would influence you on making the decision. A large factor for many is were the car was made. Was it in America, Germany, or Japan. Guitar is no different from cars. When you go to buy a guitar you have to decide what nationality you would like it to be. Unlike cars. that have many different origins, guitars are usually only separated into to different categories, American and non-American. Of coarse each category has a couple monopolies that take over the guitar market base, but all of them have different feels, sounds, and looks.

The two main American companies for guitars are Fender and Gibson. An average Fender Stratocaster will cost about eight hundred dollars. A average Gibson Les Paul will cost about two thousand dollars. You can tell just by the price that these...
