Arthurian legends have raised eyebrows for several decades; are the stories based on myths or actual historical events that took place during the European Middle Ages? Or perhaps a mixture of both? There is no clear-cut answer that verifies the source of these controversial stories, or even a "correct" version of these stories, for they have been passed on orally through generations and generations and has thus caused alterations, modifications, abridgements and even contradictions to the original story.
