Aim:

The aim of this report is to break the poverty cycle in Laos by controlling the population growth, and fingering out a sensible method for doing so.

What is overpopulation?

When people think of overpopulation they just think that overpopulation is an area heavy crowed with people and you can define overpopulation on how many people are living per squared mile. However I would say that overpopulation happens when the number of people exceeds the carrying capacity of the environment. Overpopulation is simply the ratio of population over resources. If there is 10 people but there are only shelter, food and water for nine people then the environment is overpopulated.
