Constitutional Rights

Summary: Discusses George Bush and the 5th, 6th and 22nd amendments of the United States Constitution. Imagines a future United States where Bush has decimated the Constitution.
It's the Year 2010 and President Bush is still our President of the U.S. He is able to be our president because he took away the 22nd amendment, which states that no one will be elected for office more then twice. Bush has also suspended the fifth and sixth amendments due to terrorism. After researching both the fifth and sixth amendments and due process, I have come to a conclusion on what I think should be done about the tragedy that is occurring in America today. We, as citizens, should be willing to give up our rights to stop terrorism.

The Fifth Amendment protects the rights of those who are accused of a crime. Which means cops are not allowed to search anything without a probable cause. A person also doesn't have to answer questions unless he or she is before a grand jury. Another part of the...
