Summary: Describes the religion of Hinduism. Examines its history and evolution. Relates it to the practice of yoga.

Since Hinduism and Buddhism have been around since the B.C. years, doesn't mean that they don't have anything in common if you think about it. Which brings me too my next point they both practice meditation, Hinduism has a type of meditation called yoga; yoga is a physical and mental type of meditation. We also still practice yoga today. And Buddhism has just meditation which is the practice of loosing your mind and a form of relaxing also used to think straighter. Meditation is a big part of both their way of religion. The Hinduism also believed in rebirth as well as the Buddhists they both used the term reincarnation which they believed meant an after life.
