Summary: Debates the issue of surrogates. Describes the circumstances under which surrogacy is often considered. Advocates adoption as an alternative.
Regrettably, some women are unable to conceive or bear a child for numerous reasons. There are other means a mother can have a child, such as adoption, insemination or dreadful surrogacy. Surrogacy is when a woman agrees to have a child for another person. Gestational surrogates are women who carry children that are not biologically related to them. Traditional surrogates are women who are biologically related to the child they carry. Surrogacy should be banned because there are too many issues involved.

A better and more efficient way to have a child is through adoption. Why not just adopt a child that is already born? They are still humans and they too, need a family. Sometimes, in the case that the surrogate mother gives birth to a handicapped child, neither the couple nor surrogate mother wants to keep the child. The child is then put into a foster...
