Most people just go about their lives not even caring what sound is. One man named Galileo was very interested in sound and was the greatest contributor to the understanding of sound. He demonstrated that the frequency of sound waves determined the pitch. Though, what is sound, how is sound made, how is sound articulated on a violin, why is sound production necessary to a good musician and what are the uses of sound.
