This is your guide to self emergency first aid. I have made it especially for people on lifeboats and all the ingredients/materials you will need are on the lifeboat.

Abdominal Wounds

You may get blunt abdominal pain if you have gotten hurt in the stomach. Since there are no doctors, here is what you should do:

Lie Down in the lifeboat.

Count to ten, slowly.

Loosen your clothing.

Elevate your feet by putting them on the rim of the lifeboat

Cover yourself in emergency blankets and try to stay warm.

Try not to move too much.

Do not eat or drink anything no matter how hungry or thirsty you may be. Once your pain goes away, you can start eating and drinking again.

Try to fall asleep.
