Through this report there will be several examples of Celebrity crimes, the punishments taken against them, the normal punishment for this crime, and punishments awarded to the normal members of the community. By doing this, the report will successfully compare Celebrities lives with hat of anyone else's. It will also determine if a part of the Rule of Law is in effect in the following types of situations, whether or not the law pertains to everyone equally or not.
