Summary: Essay discusses three major stresses in my life and how I am going to deal with them.
Stress is what you feel when you are worried or uncomfortable about something. You may feel angry, frustrated, scared, or even afraid .This worry in your mind can make your body feel bad. When you are stressed, you may not feel like sleeping or eating. You also may have trouble paying attention and remembering things at school, at work and at home.

When someone we love dies, it hurts us. It was very stressful when my father passed away. I felt sad that my father would no longer be around to talk to and to smile and to answer my questions. His absence left a big hole in my life.
