Summary: Provides a look inside at what each does, what you have to plan for, and side effects.
Cancer is the unregulated growth of abnormal cells in the body. These cells in a cluster are called a tumor, malignant tumors are cancer. These cells grow and move fast through the body. The divide and multiple faster than the normal healthy cells. If it is grown in a vital organ or tissue it can't perform its function. Virus infections, radiation and dangerous chemicals like the ones you find in tobacco are all factors that cause cancer. As you can see this is a very harmful disease, which is why they have made treatments for it. There are other ways of treating cancer but I have chosen to research the two most common. These two treatments can be used together, alone, or with surgery either way they can be very effective.
