We all know that rodeo is a rough sport and that glory, pain, injury and even death are part of what adds to the adrenaline rush that the "roughies" experience for every ride. But at what point has a contestant had enough or needs to take a break to heal? These questions until recently have been make by the cowboy who's only source of income came from winning and with medical insurance for them was as scarce as the Great White Buffalo, many contestants competed with life threatening injuries because of no medical attention after an accident. However thanks to the decisions of a few very well respected volunteers the cowboys can now get expert medical opinions within seconds of an injury. But this raises another question; In such a rough sport were competing is the only way to get a paycheck, and the mentality of rough stock...
