By far, the best video game developer is Bungie. Bungie is the greatest developer because of their innovtion, their dedication to their fans, and their history of games.

Bungie is one of the most innovative developers ever. They made the best first person shooter ever, Halo. The reason that that first person shooter was so great was because of the innovation involved. It was the first FPS ever to have a frictionized cross hair. That means that when your crosshairs move over an enemies body, there is a friction and your accuacy is increased. Also, Halo was the first FPS to have perfectly balanced weapons. Every weapon can be used for it's own situations.

Bungie is also highly dedicated to their fans. They have always refused to give out release dates for games that they are not sure they can make. Lies are told my the publishers, but...
