The movie Drum Line is one of my favorite movies. This film is full of young love, life lessons,and awesome drum skills. When the bands are in competition playing and marching, it's almost impossible to stay in your seat.

The main character in this movie is Nick Cannon who plays Devon Miles. Devon is a very talented snare drummer who loved being in the spot light. Everything was always about him. He's a freshman at Southern University in Atlanta, GA, and he went there on a full band scholarship. Devon's attitude in the movie is far from decent. In the beginning it's hard for him to get long with his snare captain and even the band director. The way Devon looks at it, no one is a better drummer than he is and throughout the movie he lets a few people know that.
