A cellular telephone is a portable telephone (i.e. it doesnt need to be plugged in) that is like a complex radio. It has a great history it began with both the inventions of the telephone in 1876 by Alexander Graham Bell, as well as the wireless communication by a radio in the 1800s by Nikolai Tesla and presented in 1984 by Guglielmo Marconi and those to inventions helped to make the cell phone, which is very popular.
