I was at school, when the bell rang for lunch. That day I brought my own cup of noodles instant lunch, the kind you only need to add hot water to. I knew they sold these in the cafeteria, so I figured I would be able to ask them for some hot water and a fork. After waiting in line for about five minutes, I reached the counter with my cup of noodles in hand. I asked the lady if I could get some hot water for my noodles, and a fork, and she responded by simply stating, "No, we aren't allowed to do that." Now, thinking logically and trying not to reach across the counter to strangle someone, I asked why on earth she couldn't give me some hot water and a fork. Last time I checked, a cup of hot water and a cheap plastic fork...
