The purpose of this paper is to rebut an essay by Bertrand Russell called "Why I Am Not a Christian." There are many flaws in his arguments, but I will focus only on those in his arguments that there were defects in Christ's teaching and that there is a moral problem with the Christian religion. Russell uses scripture from the Bible to prove his arguments, and so will I.

Bertrand Russell attempts to reveal defects in Christ's teaching. First, I would like to point out that either Christ is who He said He was or He wasn't at all, but instead a great deceiver who died for His own pride.
