In this day and age it has been more than 2,000 years since the ancient Greeks and man seems to be plagued with the same problems as the Greeks in their time. An age old problem that still remains is curiosity; such as, in the story about Psyche and Eros where it is said that "love cannot exist where there is no trust." It is Psyche's curiosity and mistrust that lead her to defy Eros and set her eyes upon him. This type of curiosity still remains in man, that type which leads to our mistrust.
