There are twp types of people in the world, those who are optimistic and accept challenges, and those who are pessimistic and set their goals low. Life is a type of test for the reason that coping with challenges is an adversity an individual must face; which can accordingly be depicted as a "test" of life. Life brings hardships which a person must overcome each and every day. Secondly, an individual must be prepared to face the ordeals that life presents whether or not the outcome is desired. Lastly, the adversity I have faced in life can further aid in the development of this thesis.

Life tests an individual in a variety of ways. Stress in every day life is a problem when an individual feels they cannot cope with life's hardships. Stress can occur when the demands made on a person exceed their limit. Life's constant challenges...
