Summary: Reviews the 1974 Stacy Keach film Martin Luther. Describes the film's plot and considers its historical accuracy.
Martin Luther was the man who started the Protestant Reformation. In the movie Stacey Keach's Luther, it gives a basic description of how all this came about. Guy Green directed this movie, Ely Landan produced it, and it was released in 1974. Three of the staring actors were Stacey Keach, Alan Badel, and Judy Dench. I watched it at my grandparent's house on August 22nd, while enjoying some popcorn and Gatorade.

The movie starts off with Martin Luther being accepted into the priesthood in the Catholic religion at a church in England. The beginning of the movie shows Luther dealing with his problems with the Catholic religion and God especially. Throughout the entire movie, Luther tries to deal with his emotions towards God and tries to gain his father's respect and encouragement.
