I am going to focus on the restaurant Pizza Hut in Repulse Bay, Hong Kong. However, the main parts of this assignment might apply to every Pizza Hut in the world, since the customer service might be the same.

I am going to write about the consequences of good and poor customer service. Furthermore, I will mainly concentrate on the following issues: types of customers, customers' need, dealing with customers, handling complaints, keeping customer records and the legal protection for customers.

I really enjoyed writing this assignment and I have learned so many new things of giving (a good) customer service.
