Sure, being athletic and healthy is a great habit, but little do you know, some men and women starve themselves or put muscle gaining supplements into their bodies believing they will be a more healthy and athletic person. The people that take shortcuts and who don't have dedication to physical training result to other methods of reaching their goal. But, what people do not know is that the other methods they are using to attain their physical goal could be hurting instead of benefiting themselves. What makes people want to use these methods or shortcuts, you ask? Media contributes to the large population of people who suffer from eating disorders or use fitness supplements to get that extra "edge."
