Summary: Essay discusses the issue of civil rights.
"I have a dream that one day my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character." That is one of my favorite parts of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I have a dream" speech which he delivered on August 28, 1963 in front of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC. Our America may never be that nation where everyone is treated equally, but there is always time to try. There are always times when people will look back on the past and see all of the hate and discrimination that was put towards blacks. But now, its time to move forward and think of the future ahead of us and see how we will change all this hate, into kindness and equality towards everyone.
