Summary: This essay is on the life that Peter the Great lived.
Peter the Great was born on May 30, 1672 and lived until 1725. He had ruled in the beginning with his brother whose name was Ivan V, but he died in 1696. This was the opening for Peter to rule. He was then declared the Sovereign of all Russia and it was in his control for now. Peter the Great was an extremely motivated person and as he came into rule, his courage would be put to the test to help rebuild and construct Russia. He was up for the battle and was very determined to make Russia a major European power. He wasn't stubborn or picky with what had to be done around Russia and he was a very intelligent man.
