American History X

American History X is a story of a young skinhead who lives by anger and violence. It is an interesting movie the social effects of racism and indiscriminant hatred.

The movie opens with Derek Vinyard, our protagonist and tragic hero in an act of rough sex with his girlfriend when his younger brother Danny, tells him that a black man was breaking into his car. Derek, a skinhead does not consider calling the police. He gets his gun and goes on a shooting rampage and only one dies from the gunshot. Then, he goes back to the other man, and he makes him open his mouth, put it on the curb, and he stomped him to death. The viciously murder acts earns him a jail sentence, which is reduced only because his younger brother Danny who idolized him refused to testify what he had seen...
