Summary: A strong argument (written as a speech) for the legalization for Marijuana
     40,000, that is how many Americans died during the Revolutionary War, fighting for the freedom that neither the American people nor the Federal Government has any respect.  What happened to the natural freedoms and rights?  Slowly but surely, inch by inch and law by law, the Government takes more control until personal independence is no more than a dream.  The Federal Government created these laws to protect the well being of its people, but when did this righteous idea of protection crumble before our very eyes?  When did the Government step into our personal lives, and tell us how to live?  When did it start?  But more importantly, when will it end?  People say that the Controlled Substances Act of 1970, particularly the section on marijuana, is not that big of an issue.  A simple look at the situation...
