"Beep, beep. Beep, beep," the sound of an alarm clock woke Carolina and her twin sister, Emilee, up on a warm July morning. The identical twins and their mother, Emma, live in Hawaii in their two-story Victorian mansion.

"Emilee, Carolina, come down here please," Emma called.

" Coming Mom," the twins yelled back. The twins raced down the stairs in their pajamas. Sliding into the kitchen, they both screeched to a halt.

" Yeah, Mom," they said in unison.

" Girls, you know I don't like you racing through the house like that," Emma scolded them.

" We're sorry," they said together.
