Summary: Essay deals with the conflicts that arise with violence on television.
Today people make a big deal over the amount of violence on television. Most people prefer a violent movie over a sappy love movie because of the thrill it brings. If the producers were to show the real effects of the violence I think there would be a lot less people recreating what they see on television and I think the programming would get a better rating. If they were to make it so there was less violence in the movies, more and more people would loose interest and stop watching television.

Violence brings a thrill to the person watching. Usually the viewer doesn't know what will happen next and this keeps the interested. Its like riding a thrill ride at an amusement park, if it didn't have any thrill it would just be a regular ride and less people would use it. The more gruesome and gory...
