Kenya is the 17th poorest nations in the world with a low per capita income of 250$. Without money this leads to lack of education leading to a less paid job and causing diseases that cannot be treated without money, in fact diseases kill an shocking 51/1000 babies during their 1st year.
All of Kenya's problems still lie in their poor freedom from the media, but with the money, this could stop diseases from spreading, making sure children get good education and a better freedom.
Compared to Guinea-Bissau, Kenya deserve the money for they have more people that require this large sum whereas the people in Guinea-Bissau have a fair share of money between them.
