Different Worships of God: Islam Vs. Christianity

Summary: Differences in beliefs of Islam and Christianity demonstrated through Biblical texts and religious art.
Both Islam and Christianity are monotheistic religions who believe in the same god known to Muslims as Allah and known to Christians in English as G-d. Muslims believe in similar things as Christians because the Qur'an is made up of excerpts from the Old Testament, New Testament, and the revelations made to Muhammad from Allah. The Christian Bible is made up of the entire Old and New Testament . Although they share many beliefs, the main one in G-d, they have different ideas of how to worship G-d. Both holy texts tell how to worship and what is or is not appropriate, but it is apparent in the artwork in mosques for Muslims and in churches for Christians.
