Minorities are the arbitrary threads of the fabric of today's society. Each culture contributes their own vibrant hue of skin color, their own unique values, as well as their own special talents, gifts and views. Without the combination of such threads, the fabric of society would be monotonous and bland. The goal of minorities should be to integrate their cultures into the fabric of today's society so that we as a whole may arrange an outstanding array of diversity.

As future leaders, the nation's youth of minorities should feel compelled to assume leadership roles in today's society. Because we watch with our own eyes the domination of political and societal roles by those who have a one sided perspective, it should give the nation's youthful minorities the incentive to make a change.
